Seredyn Precautions

The information on this page is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult with your doctor before taking any new dietary supplement, including SEREDYN.

SEREDYN may cause mild drowsiness. Use caution when driving or operating heavy machinery until you are familiar with the effects of SEREDYN.

SEREDYN may increase the sedative effects of alcohol. Do not drink alcohol with SEREDYN until you are familiar with the effects of SEREDYN. Avoid consuming excessive amounts of alcohol while taking SEREDYN.

Talk to your doctor before taking SEREDYN if you have liver disease or damage.

When taking as directed, SEREDYN is not addictive or habit-forming. If you wish to stop taking SEREDYN after taking the supplement daily for more than one month, we recommend that you gradually taper down your dose over 7-21 days. Although abrupt discontinuation is not unsafe, discontinuing gradually may reduce the likelihood of anxiety-related symptoms returning.

Pregnant and nursing women should not take SEREDYN (or any natural supplement) without the approval of a physician.

Do not exceed the recommended dose of three capsules at once or six capsules daily. Exceeding the maximum dose is not known to be dangerous, although it may result in drowsiness or discomfort.

Please read the Drug Interactions before taking SEREDYN.
